Your order will be delivered by the Poste's Colissimo Suivi. Your order will be prepared and expedited in the five working days following confirmation of payment. If we have run out of a product, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the length of delay. The delivery will be transmitted directly into the hands of the receiver of the order after the transport slip has been signed by the receiver named on the slip. Damaged goodsThe Client should check the contents and the state of the package in the presence of the transporters and immediately note all disparities on the delivery slip in the case of any type of deterioration. Without a rejected delivery slip, the package is considered accepted by the client and cannot be contested after this point. If you have rejected a delivery, please notify by e-mail so that we can re-send your order in the quickest delay. Delivery costsFor all orders to Continental France, a delivery charge of €7.20 for 1 dress and halo, or €13.40 for 2 dresses and halos will be applied. For all orders over €100, delivery is free. International deliveryBelgium: charge of €13.50, Switzerland: charge of €13.90, United Kingdom: charge of €19, the Netherlands: charge of €13.50 will be applied. Again, for all orders over €100, delivery is free. Packing and insuranceYour purchases are packaged for delivery with the greatest care. The attention we give to the safe delivery of your goods guarantees un delivery in the best of circumstances. All products posted are insured without charge against all deterioration and theft for the duration of the delivery. In the case of unsatisfactory condition of your goods, please notify the transporters and reject the merchandise. Please return all merchandise to the transporters in it's original packaging. In your absenceYour order is delivered by Colissimo Suivi, a notice of passage will be left in your mail box. From this point, you have 15 days to retrieve your package at the local post office indicated on the notice slip. Accidental loss of an orderIn spite of an automated follow up of our deliveries and our best intentions, an order may occasionally get lost in the post.
